What is the NHI Health Passbook?▾
The NHI Health Passbook is a digital record provided by Taiwan's National Health Insurance Administration. It contains your complete medical history including outpatient visits, lab results, prescriptions, imaging reports, and more. You can download it as a ZIP file from the NHI website.
How do I import my data?▾
Download your Health Passbook ZIP file from the NHI website, then open MedLogAI and tap 'Import Data'. Select the ZIP file and enter your NHI card password to decrypt it. The app will automatically parse and organize all your health records.
Is the AI analysis a substitute for medical advice?▾
No. AI-generated health summaries and answers are for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
How is my health data protected?▾
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase with Row-Level Security policies to ensure complete data isolation between users. We never sell or share your health data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Can I manage health data for family members?▾
Yes. MedLogAI supports multiple family profiles. You can import and track health passbook data for parents, spouse, children, or other family members -- each with their own separate profile and health notes.
How do AI credits work?▾
Free users receive a monthly allocation of AI credits that auto-replenishes. Each AI analysis or question consumes one credit. Additional credit packs can be purchased through in-app purchases if you need more.
Can I delete my account and data?▾
Yes. You can request account deletion from the Settings page. There is a 7-day grace period during which you can cancel. After the grace period, all your data -- including health records, profiles, and AI summaries -- will be permanently deleted.
