# Terms of Service _Last updated: 2026-09-01_ ## What this is A tool that records a scheduled livestream after it ends, selects passages from it, and returns a shortened, subtitled cut. It is operated on self-hosted hardware and offered without warranty of availability or of the quality of any particular edit. ## Your responsibility for what you queue This tool performs a technical operation on a URL you provide. You are responsible for having the right to download and edit that content — your own broadcasts, content you have permission to use, or content where saving is permitted. Do not use it for material you have no right to copy. ## Automated selection Which passages are kept is decided by a language model reading a transcript. It will sometimes choose badly, miss something important, or mislabel a chapter. Review the output before publishing it anywhere. Do not rely on it where an omission would matter. ## Fair use of the service One job occupies a single machine for a long time. Don't queue jobs you don't intend to collect, and don't attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service. ## Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service or from any decision made based on its output.
